'Station Guest house'
"Excellent room with beautiful view and great facilties. Would definitely recommend to others."

'Wonderful time at Station Guest House'
"Very relaxing overnight stay at Station Guest House. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were welcoming and polite and the breakfast was lovely. Location was good right near the Town Centre and water front. The trains arriving at the station, one per hour was not a problem at all."

'Another lovely stay at The Station Guest House'
"I have spent another lovely three nights at The Station Guest House, having stayed there several times in the last five years. As always, the service was excellent, the room (number 4) was very clean, with an excellent new shower, and the breakfasts were lovely. Thoroughly recommended."

'Quaint and comfy'
"We recently enjoyed an overnight stay here. It is a super place, which retains the character and history of its original purpose but with the modern touches that make it very appealing. Our en suite shower room has been recently refurbished and was attractive, clean and had a plentiful supply of towels. The room was a really good size, with a comfy bed, lots of storage space, a well stocked tea and coffee supply, plus biscuits and bottled water. A flat screen tv, hairdryer, good lighting and free wi-fi connection made our stay extremely pleasant. Despite overlooking the platform, we were certainly not disturbed during the night. The staff are very friendly and we were made to feel most welcome."

'Easter Cycling Suffolk'
"Very friendly and accommodating our bikes in a lock up shed was great. Room was very comfortable with a good sized shower. Bottled water in the room much appreciated and the breakfast was top draw. Lovely place all round!"

By Mr David P, Chelmsford, UK, 07 Apr 2015
'Clean and tidy'
"Rooms were clean and tidy breakfast was good customer service really good only down side room was next to walk over for the train and on a Saturday lots of drunk youngsters getting on the train late at night going clubbing in Ipswich apart from that and leaving my Joules jumper in room was good for the price."
