'Station Hotel Woodbridge 2 day stay'
"Upgraded, without asking, to very pleasant room overlooking the river. Nice room, very helpful staff and good breakfast. Although first train was at 6.35 the drivers don't sound horn for crossings till 9.00 - very civilised! The only slight down side was that I would not use for business trip or breaking a journey as breakfast was not till 9. As I was not doing either it was an excellent stay in a very pleasant town."

'A MUST STAY IN WOODBRIDGE, SUFFOLK'
"We have stayed at the Station Guest House on a number of occasions when we visit this lovely riverside town. We have never ever found either faults with the accommodation nor the food. The staff are extremely helpful, the rooms are spotless and even the trains do not run late at night or, all night. Please book this accommodation, if you can, as usually fully booked as I am sure that you will find it as we do a great central base to explore all that coastal Suffolk has to offer."

'A pleasant place to stay'
"The room was clean with a nice view of the harbour, bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast fine but it is in the coffee shop which doesn't open until 9.0 am so it was not possible to get an early breakfast on the day I had to go out at 8.30 am."

'Our stay for three nights in the family room'
"A great location and the family room overlooks the Deben river. Great use of a Victorian station masters accommodation with a busy, friendly cafe below which serves good food. Very quiet at night even on a Saturday. Comfortable beds. The room is brightly lit at night from the station lighting. This could be overcome by black out curtains being installed."

'Another lovely stay at The Station Guest House'
"I have stayed several times at The Station Guest House during the last six years, and I have always found it an excellent establishment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfasts in the Whistlestop Café (which has recently been very tastefully refurbished) are excellent. Thoroughly recommended."
